- Communication content: messages, attachments and correspondence sent to us, including any project brief you choose to send with the contact form.
- Billing details: name, billing address and GSTIN for invoices. We do not collect card details on this website.

3.AI Project Scoper
The AI Project Scoper on our contact page drafts a project brief from the description you type. To do this, the description, and the company name and website if you enter them, are sent to a third-party AI model provider (currently Anthropic), under terms that do not allow it to use your data to train its models.
We do not store the description or the draft brief. They reach us only if you add the brief to your message and send the contact form. Please do not include passwords, confidential information or other people's personal data in the description.
4.Sharing of information
We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your data with:
- Service providers: vendors who help us run our website and deliver our services, such as cloud hosting, email delivery and AI model providers. These parties are bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants and insurers, under confidentiality obligations.
- Regulatory and legal authorities: where required by applicable law, court order or a government authority.
- Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
5.Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies, and its public pages store nothing in your browser. The admin area, used only by Qurobix staff, keeps its sign-in session and a light or dark theme choice in the browser.
If we add analytics later, we will update this policy and ask for consent where the law requires it.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Client project data is retained for 7 years after project completion for legal and financial record-keeping. Contact and marketing data is retained until you request deletion or withdraw consent.
