Who we are

A full-stack team, from design to the cloud

Many growing businesses still run on registers, spreadsheets and chat groups, or on software that does not fit how they work. We started Qurobix to build systems around their own process.

One team covers the whole build: screens designed in Figma, web apps in React and Angular, iOS and Android apps, servers in Node.js and Python, and hosting on AWS or Azure.

We add AI automation only where it clearly helps, and keep a person responsible for the result.

Today, one project is live: FitKendra, a gym-management platform we designed and built for a client.

From a first call to a live system

A short call, a written scope, then working software in short cycles. You decide before any work starts.

    30-minute call

    We learn your goals, current tools and constraints on a short call, and tell you plainly what would help.

    Typically 1-2 weeks

    We write a scope with features, timeline and a quote, so you can decide with the facts in front of you.

  3. Build

    We build in short cycles and show you working software as it grows, not only at the end.

  4. Launch & support

    We launch, train your team, and stay on to fix issues, keep the software up to date and improve it.

Principles

What you can expect when you work with us

Plain commitments that hold on every project, whatever its size.

  • A written scope before we build

    Features, timeline and a quote in writing. We say what we would leave out, and when a simpler fix would do. You decide before any work starts.

  • You own the code

    Once the project is paid in full, the custom code, designs and documentation are yours. Your data and accounts stay in your name throughout.

  • NDA on request

    Ask, and we sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share anything sensitive. Only the people working on your project get access.

  • Support after launch

    We fix issues, keep libraries up to date and add improvements. The support plan is agreed during scoping, so you know what is covered.

  • Plain communication

    Written updates in plain language, clear decisions, and a reply within one working day.

  • A local team in Delhi NCR

    Meet us at our office in Faridabad, or work with us remotely from elsewhere in India or abroad, with calls in overlapping hours.

Use of AI

How we use AI

AI is one tool among many. We use it where it helps, with clear limits.

Where we use it

  • In the software we build, where it saves time or gives better answers
  • To help write code faster, with an engineer responsible for what we ship
  • To research and draft content, which a person then edits

Where we do not

  • We do not let AI make final decisions on money, hiring, health or legal matters.
  • We do not publish AI-written content without a human edit.
  • We do not send confidential data to tools that train on it.

Our office is in Sector 49, Faridabad, in Delhi NCR. We are glad to meet in person in the NCR, and we can work remotely with businesses elsewhere in India or abroad.
